Ardent Health Services is seeking a Satellite Oncology Radiation Therapist (RT) in Albuquerque, NM for day shift, full-time employment. You will deliver ionizing radiation therapy per physician prescriptions, operate CT simulation with Philips Brilliance, and perform quality control duties using Varian Edge and VisionRT systems.

The role requires CAHEA radiologic program education, NM Radiation Therapy Licensure, Epic EHR proficiency, and a track record in tattoo-less radiotherapy setups.

Qualifications

• Graduate of the CAHEA radiologic program or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Anatomy, Physiology, and Radiation Safety procedures.
• 3 years (5 preferred) full-time experience in Varian clinic environment with VisionRT surface guidance (tattoo-less).
• CT Simulation with current Philips Brilliance but upgrade planned.
• Experience with Varian Edge including multi-isocenter setups and Hyperarc SRS.
• Epic Electronic Health Record software.
• NM Radiation Therapy Licensed.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 20 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

• Knowledge of a variety of software applicant programs; Knowledge of Anatomy, Physiology, and Radiation Safety procedures.
• 3 years (5 preferred) full time experience in Varian clinic environment with VisionRT surface guidance (tattoo-less)
• CT Simulation with current Philips Brilliance but upgrade planned
• Experience with Varian Edge including multi-isocenter setups and Hyperarc SRS
