Job summary

Penn State Health Lancaster Medical Center is seeking an experienced nursing leader to provide strategic direction for staffing systems and to supervise daily operations of clinical staffing. The role focuses on optimizing utilization, scheduling, and deployment of nursing staff with a view toward long-term financial savings within the invasive cardiology department.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, seven years of related experience, five years of management experience, and RN licensure

  • Seven (7) years related experience.
  • Five (5) years management experience.
  • Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.
