Job summary

Compass Oncology’s West Cancer Center in Tigard, OR is seeking a Radiation Therapist to join the RadOnc care team. You will administer treatments under direct supervision, prepare molds, and assist Radiation Oncologists in planning and delivery of therapy.

This full‑time role requires ARRT certification and Oregon licensure, with 1–3 years clinical experience preferred. Responsibilities include accurate treatment delivery, EMR entry, block and mold fabrication, and collaboration with the

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited radiation therapy technology program.
• ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy is required.
• Oregon state licensure to practice radiation therapy.
• 1–3 years of clinical experience preferred; new graduates welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and record radiation therapy treatments under supervision.
• Enter and maintain patient treatment parameters in the EMR.
• Assist in training newly hired therapists and students.
• Maintain appointment scheduling and submit accurate billing information.
