Florida Urology Partners LLP seeks a Radiation Therapist to perform safe simulations and delivery of prescribed radiation in our Tampa center. The role supports the oncology care team, ensuring precise target localization and patient guidance throughout treatment while maintaining detailed records.

The candidate must have a Florida Radiation Therapy license, ARRT accreditation, and at least three years of relevant experience, with proficiency in Aria and a commitment to quality and safety.

Qualifications

• CPR certification required.
• Minimum three years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in Aria.
• ARRT accreditation is required.
• Florida Radiation Therapy license required.

Responsibilities

• Performs tumor localization and CT simulation.
• Delivers external beam radiation therapy treatments.
• Explain treatment plans to patients and answer questions.
• Follow safety procedures to protect patients and staff.
• Perform quality assurance checks on machines.
• Prepare treatment room and position patient.
• Use image-guided technology for targeting.
• Cross-check treatment parameters with plan.
