Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency seeks a full-time Radiation Therapist in Savannah, GA to deliver precise ionizing radiation treatments according to physician prescriptions. You will operate equipment, simulate fields, and coordinate scheduling with the care team.

You will participate in quality control, document in EMR, educate patients and families about side effects and safety, and mentor students while maintaining rigorous safety standards and compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited radiation therapy program.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments, operate radiation equipment, and execute treatments per protocol.
• Participate in quality control and document in EMR.
• Educate patients and families about side effects and safety.
• Follow safety protocols including radiation safety and fall precautions.
• Set up patients, simulate treatment fields, and coordinate scheduling.
• Support team, on-call rotations, and mentoring students.
