Job summary

Samaritan Health Services in Corvallis, Oregon, is seeking a dedicated Radiation Therapist to join a progressive cancer care team. You will operate Varian linacs (VitalBeam, TrueBeam, EDGE) and support about 60 patients daily across two treatment machines, following established treatment plans and safety protocols.

The role requires an Oregon Radiologic Technology license, ARRT credentials, BLS, and ideally 1 year of staff experience.

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered Oregon license in Radiologic Technology required.
• ARRT credential required or eligible; credential within six months of hire.
• One year staff therapist experience preferred.
• Healthcare Provider BLS required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Occasionally operate state-of-the-art radiation therapy equipment (Varian linacs) including VitalBeam/TrueBeam/EDGE.
• Support approximately 60 patients daily across two treatment machines.
• No call, no after-hours shifts, no weekend coverage.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team to implement treatment plans and ensure patient safety.
