PC Recruiter is seeking a full-time Radiation Therapist in California to join a leading oncology team. You will deliver precise radiation treatments under physician guidance and support advanced treatment planning in a state-of-the-art environment.

Ideal candidates are ARRT certified with CA licensure and have experience with EMRs and planning systems, commitment to patient safety, and a collaborative approach. Mentorship and onboarding are available for new grads.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Radiation Therapy program.
• ARRT certification and CA license.
• Proficient with EMRs and treatment planning software.
• Commitment to precision, patient safety, and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver precise radiation therapy treatments under physician direction.
• Interpret and implement computerized treatment plans.
• Perform and document treatment parameters using EMR.
• Create and utilize custom molds and positioning devices.
• Conduct MU calculations and fabricate shielding blocks when needed.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization of the treatment area.
