Job summary

PC Recruiter is seeking a Radiation Therapist in Southern California, roughly one hour north of San Diego, on a full-time basis. You will deliver prescribed radiation treatments, participate in treatment planning interpretation, and mentor students while maintaining accurate EMR documentation. The role offers a supportive oncology network, CE opportunities, and a competitive benefits package.

ARRT certification and CA license are required by start date; Monday–Friday days with PRN options nearby.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited radiation therapy program.
• ARRT certification required.
• CA radiation therapy license required by start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical instruction to new therapists and students.
• Accurately deliver and document radiation therapy treatments as prescribed.
• Interpret computerized treatment plans and perform simple MU calculations.
• Enter and maintain patient treatment parameters in the EMR.
• Fabricate custom molds and cut blocks as applicable.
• Support scheduling and ensure accurate billing submission.
