Job summary

Oncology Consultants - Precision Radiation Office in Houston, TX is seeking a Radiation Therapist I to join our cancer care team. The RTT delivers prescribed radiation treatments, ensures patient safety, documents treatment records, and collaborates with physicians and therapists.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited Radiation Therapy program, ARRT registration, CPR/BLS, and at least one year of experience or eligible for registry.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Radiation Therapy Technology.
• BS degree in Radiation Therapy Technology or related field preferred.
• Must pass RTT Registry exam within 6 months of hire if recent graduate.

Responsibilities

• Deliver radiation therapy services per prescriptions and treatment plans.
• Escort and position patients for treatment and ensure patient safety.
• Document treatment set‑ups, doses and calculations in the EMR clearly.
• Monitor patients for reactions and report deviations to the Radiation Therapy Lead.
