  • Registered by the American Registry of Radiological Technology.
  • Licensed by the Department of Health as medical Radiological Technologist.
  • Basic Life Support certification through American Heart Association.

Job Title: Radiation Therapist I/II

Location: Main Campus

Department: Radiation Oncology

Job Type: Full Time

Salary Range: $85,076 - $114,573 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)

Qualifications

Education

Required:

Radiation Therapist I

High School diploma or GED from an accredited program

Graduated from accredited Radiation Therapy Program

Radiation Therapist II

High School diploma or GED from an accredited program

Graduated from accredited Radiation Therapy Program

Preferred:

Radiation Therapist I

BS or AA degree

Radiation Therapist II

BS or AA degree

Experience

Required:

Radiation Therapist I

None

Radiation Therapist II

Minimum of 3 years performing as Radiation Therapist;

Preferred:

Radiation Therapist I

Experience using a True beam Linear Accelerator

Radiation Therapist II

Minimum of 1 years of experience using a True beam Linear Accelerator

License(s)

Required:

Radiation Therapist I

Registered by the American Registry of Radiological Technology Technologist

Licensed by the Department of Health as medical Radiological Technologist

Basic Life Support certification through American Heart Association
