What You’ll Do

• Offer therapy and skill-building services to children, adults, and families, within a day treatment setting.
• Assess clients to determine eligibility for services and develop treatment plans.
• Keep documentation up to date, meeting our quality standards.
• Work with other providers and collaborate to offer the best care.
• Stay connected with your supervisor for feedback and guidance.
• Attend trainings to keep your skills sharp.
• Be part of regular staff meetings and group supervision sessions.
• Complete continuing education to maintain your mental health credentials.
• Represent Fernbrook’s mission and values in your work.
• Follow company policies and maintain productivity standards.
• Travel between clients’ homes and office locations, completing all required tasks.

Physical Requirements

• Able to sit, listen, and observe for extended periods.
• Comfortable working with individuals of all ages with various needs.
• Occasionally lifting up to 15 pounds.
  
  

Position Details

• Flexible work hours between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
• Travel required to clients' homes, community settings, and Fernbrook offices.
• Full-time staff expected to work 40 hours per week; occasional overtime may be required.
• Part-time staff can work up to 40 hours per week (overtime must be pre-approved).
  
  

What You’ll Need

• A Master’s Degree in a Human Services field, or be in a field placement to qualify for LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, insurance, and a clean driving record.
• Pass a criminal background check.
  
  

Bonus Points For

• Experience working with children, adults, and families.
• Being bilingual.
• Holding an active mental health license (LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, LP).
