Job summary

Banner Health’s Banner MD Anderson Cancer Center in Gilbert, AZ, seeks a Radiation Therapist to join a high-performing, collaborative team delivering advanced cancer care. The role supports 5 treatment vaults, treating 20–30 patients per vault daily, with close QA collaboration with Physics and Dosimetry in a technologically advanced setting.

New grads are welcome; ongoing vendor-led in-services, tuition reimbursement, and opportunities to attend national conferences enhance professional growth.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in radiation oncology or related field is required.
• ARRT certification and BLS certification are required or preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork, with commitment to safety and patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform prescribed radiation therapy treatments per orders and policies.
• Educate patients and families about procedures and expected outcomes.
• Operate treatment and planning equipment including simulation and delivery.
• Maintain documentation and ensure quality control metrics.
