Job summary

Adventist Health Lodi Memorial seeks a Radiation Therapist to administer ionizing irradiation per physician prescriptions. You will prepare treatment rooms, check patient identity, and monitor responses during therapy, ensuring safety and accuracy.

Requires ARRT-T and TRT certification, CPT/CPR or BLS preferred, and fluoroscopy permit preferred. Bachelor's (preferred) or Master’s in radiology and prior radiologic tech experience are desirable.

Qualifications

• Valid radiologic technology background and clinical exposure.
• Experience in radiologic technology preferred.
• Education aligns with therapy radiology requirements.

Responsibilities

• Delivers prescribed radiation therapy per physician prescriptions and charts.
• Prepares room/equipment and assists patient transfer to treatment couch.
• Monitors patient for reactions and reports to supervisor/physician.
• Maintains daily treatment records and patient charts to ensure accuracy.
• Supervises students and evaluates clinical performance.
