Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in radiologic technology or equivalent; some certifications may require Bachelor's (Preferred)
• Master's Degree (Preferred)
• Experience in radiologic technology (Preferred)
• ARRT-T and AART-T certifications required
• CPR/BLS certification or equivalent (Preferred)
• Fluoroscopy Permit from state (Preferred)
• ARRT-Radiation Therapy (ARRT-T) required
• Therapeutic Radiologic Technology Certification (TRT) required
• BLS certification required (Facility)

Responsibilities

• Delivers prescribed radiation therapy per prescription and patient chart.
• Prepares treatment room and equipment according to protocol.
• Monitors patients for reactions and reports issues to supervisor/physician.
• Maintains patient records and charts; tracks blood counts and reports.
• Provides supervision and guidance to students performing procedures.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
