Job summary

UW Health in Rockford, IL is seeking a Radiation Therapy Technologist to join the Carbone Cancer Center team. This 100% FTE role offers rotating hours with no weekends or holidays, and a rotating on-call schedule. A sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 is available.

The position requires graduation from an approved Radiation Therapy Technology program and current Illinois ARRT certification (or eligibility) with the state license. Comprehensive benefits and career growth are provided.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Radiation Therapy Technology program.
• Current Illinois Emergency Management Agency license and ARRT certification (or eligible) in Radiation Therapy.

Work Schedule:
100% FTE, Monday-Friday 6:00am-5:30pm, rotating hours, no weekends or holidays. Rotating paid on-call. You will work at the UW Health Carbone Cancer Center of Rockford.

This position is eligible for up to a $20,000 sign on bonus.

Additional components of compensation may include:

• Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
• Overtime

Licenses & Certifications

• Current license from the Illinois Emergency Management Agency and current certification (or eligible for certification) in Radiation Therapy from the American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT). Required
