Job summary

Tidelands Health in Murrells Inlet, SC is seeking a Radiation Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. You will deliver high-quality radiation therapy to oncology patients, perform CT simulations, and support both simulation and treatment processes with precision and compassion.

Qualified candidates will have an Associate's degree in Radiation Therapy, ARRT and RQI SC licensure, BLS, and at least two years of experience.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Radiation Therapy is required.
• Minimum two years' experience preferred.
• South Carolina Radiation Quality Standards Association certification required.
• American Registry Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) certification required.
• Basic Life Support certification within 30 days required.

Responsibilities

• Administer ionizing radiation to patients according to physician prescriptions and treatment plans.
• Perform CT simulations and daily treatment setups with precision.
• Assist with clinical and emergency simulations and pre-treatment procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians, physicists, dosimetrists, and other care team members.
• Monitor and assess patients' condition and treatment response.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold all safety and quality standards.
