Job summary

Ironwood Cancer & Research Centers in Goodyear, AZ is seeking a Radiation Therapist to join a compassionate oncology team. You will administer treatments, educate patients, and support QA across multiple Phoenix Valley sites.

ARRT certification is required; 1–2+ years of radiation therapy experience is preferred. Travel between clinic locations with reliable transportation is expected. Competitive pay and full benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• ARRT Certification required.
• 1–2+ years radiation therapy experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures.
• Experience with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong patient care, communication and observation skills.
• Ability to travel between clinic locations with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Administer radiation therapy treatments as prescribed by the oncologist.
• Educate patients on procedures, side effects and care expectations.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes to the care team.
• Perform simulations and create immobilization devices.
• Operate radiation therapy equipment (Elekta experience preferred).
• Conduct daily QA checks on equipment.
• Maintain accurate and timely treatment documentation.
• Support new technology implementation and student training.

What You’ll Do
