Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr

Position Overview

We are seeking a Radiation Therapist to join a leading cancer treatment center in the Rocky Mountains. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to combine advanced clinical practice with an unmatched Colorado mountain lifestyle.

This position is ideal for professionals actively seeking employment on Colorado’s Western Slope, who value work-life balance, clinical excellence, and outdoor adventure working 4 days per week and enjoying the mountains the other 3 days.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver external beam radiation therapy as prescribed by Radiation Oncologists
• Perform CT simulation and treatment planning support
• Operate advanced radiation therapy technologies safely and accurately
• Ensure patient positioning, immobilization, and verification prior to treatment
• Maintain compliance with radiation safety standards, policies, and procedures
• Collaborate with physicians, physicists, dosimetrists, and nursing staff
• Provide compassionate patient care throughout the treatment process
• CT Radiation Therapy Planning
• Electron & Photon External Beam Radiation
• HDR & LDR Brachytherapy
• Optune® Therapy for Glioblastoma
• Vision RT
• SpaceOAR (Prostate)
• Stereotactic Radiosurgery (SRS)

Education & Experience

• Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy program
• ARRT (R.T.(T)) certification required and maintained
• 2+ years of experience in Radiation Oncology preferred
• Experience with Treatment Simulation strongly preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus (not required)
• Open to candidates with varying experience levels
