Job summary

Summa Health is seeking a Radiation Therapist to perform CT simulations and deliver therapeutic radiation under the supervision of a radiation oncologist, medical physicist, or department manager. The role requires ARRT certification, Ohio license, and BLS/CPR, with duty to maintain safety and precise treatment delivery.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited radiation therapy program.
• Certified in radiation therapy by ARRT and holds Ohio license.

Formal Education Required

• Graduate of an accredited radiation therapy program

Experience & Training Required

• Certified in radiation therapy by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
• Current state license for radiation therapy from the Ohio Department of Health
• Current BLS/CPR certification from The American Heart Association

• Knowledge of various radiation therapy treatment modalities (3D, VMAT, SRS, SBRT, HDR, SRT)
