Job summary

Constellation Energy Corp. is seeking a Supervisor Radiation Protection at Peach Bottom CEC in Delta, PA. You will direct Radiation Protection Technicians, manage the RP program, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while maintaining ALARA exposure.

You will lead staffing, training, and field oversight, communicating policies effectively and supporting outages and emergency response as needed to ensure safe, compliant plant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of applied radiation protection experience or equivalent license.
• Senior Reactor Operator license with 5 years of applied Radiation Protection experience.
• Associate's degree with 7 years of applied radiation protection experience.
• High school diploma/GED with 9 years of applied Radiation Protection experience.
• Maintain access requirements and pass medical examination as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Direct radiation protection technicians and supervise daily activities.
• Manage RP program to ensure timely work completion and ALARA exposure.
• Communicate company programs and policies to staff and capture feedback.
• Supervise radiological cleanup, decontamination, and field operations.
• Manage station performance in terms of contaminated area and incidents.
• Deliver oral and written communications to diverse audiences.
• Support emergency response and outage activities as needed.

Education

Bachelor's degree with 5 years of applied radiation protection experience

Associate's degree with 7 years of applied radiation protection experience

High school diploma/GED with 9 years of applied Radiation Protection experience

NRRPT certification (preferred)

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a science related field
