Job summary

Constellation in Delta, PA, is seeking a Supervisor Radiation Protection to lead technicians and oversee decontamination, instrumentation, planning and scheduling in support of plant operations.

You will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, maintain ALARA exposure levels, and mentor staff while coordinating with regulators and plant personnel to uphold safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of applied radiation protection experience.
• Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator license with 5 years of applied Radiation Protection experience.
• Associate's degree with 7 years of applied radiation protection experience.
• High school diploma/GED with 9 years of applied Radiation Protection experience.
• Maintain minimum access requirement or unescorted access requirements, as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily supervision, monitoring, and coaching of employees to ensure productive workforce.
• Manage the Radiation Protection program to ensure timely work and ALARA exposure levels.
• Communicate company programs and policies to staff and capture feedback.
• Supervise Laborers/Radiation Protection Technicians performing decontamination and cleanup.
• Monitor station performance in contaminated area metrics and incidents.
• Develop and deliver oral and written communications for all audiences.
• Perform additional duties including emergency response and outage support.
