Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy Technology program.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a practicing Radiation Therapist, previous management experience preferred.
• ARRT registration in Radiation Therapy Technology; current Iowa permit to practice in Radiation Therapy.
• BLS
• Mandatory Reporter

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day operations and upholds clinical practice standards of the MercyOne Cancer Center
• Provide positive leadership and problem solving skills and participates with the Director in continuous quality improvement, budgeting, customer and staff feedback, training and development
• Work cooperatively with other departments of MercyOne, the community and professional organizations to ensure quality services
• Adhere to MercyOne’s performance expectations and performs all defined services and other related duties in accordance with the mission, vision and values of MercyOne

As a Radiation Oncology Supervisor at MercyOne, you will:

• Supervise the day-to-day operations and upholds clinical practice standards of the MercyOne Cancer Center
