Job summary

Atrium Health Floyd Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse in Oncology: Radiation to join our team for a full-time, 40 hours per week schedule (Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm). You will apply the nursing process, coordinate care, and document in the EHR while collaborating with the care team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Requires active RN licensure with multi-state or Georgia privileges, BLS certification, and a BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with privileges to practice in the state(s) of assignment.
• BLS certification required; BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, and documents accurately in the EHR.
• Collaborates with the care team, maintains safety culture, and delegates appropriately.
