Qualifications include an approved RN education program, active state RN licensure with privileges, BLS certification, and about 1 year of clinical nursing experience. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active registered nurse (RN) license with privileges to practice in the applicable state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Typically requires 1 year of experience in clinical nursing.

Responsabilités

• Engages in unit councils, professional governance, and quality initiatives to improve care processes and apply evidence-based practices.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, and collaborates with the care team to influence outcomes.
