Northside Hospital in Atlanta area seeks an experienced Radiation Oncology Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations and supervise staff across nursing, radiation therapy, dosimetry, and simulation.

You will ensure throughput goals, coordinate services, and deliver compassionate care to adolescents, adults, and seniors. The ideal candidate has ARRT RT, CPR, and 5+ years in Radiation Oncology with supervisory experience, plus strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy program.
• 5 years clinical experience in Radiation Oncology and 2 years supervisory experience.
• ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy - RT (R) (ARRT).
• Demonstrated ability to set priorities, coordinate diversified and multiple activities, and make appropriate clinical and managerial decisions.
• Certified in CPR.
• Must be knowledgeable of all aspects of Radiation Oncology procedures.
• Ensures accuracy, attention to detail, ability to set priorities and to communicate well with all entities in Radiation Oncology.

• Responsible for the day to day operation and supervision of radiation oncology services.
• Coordinate nursing, radiation therapy, dosimetry, simulation and other functions to meet throughput goals.
• Ensure compliance with departmental operational throughput goals.
• Provides care and/or service to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
