Responsibilities

• Schedule tests, obtain films/reports, and prepare lab specimens per policy.
• Assist physicians/nurses with procedures and examinations per competency checklist.
• Coordinate care with health-care team; document patient history as needed.
• Submit prescriptions/refills electronically or by fax; maintain medical records.
• Maintain orderly exam rooms; stock supplies and complete required logs.
• Greet patients, registration, scheduling, pre-certification, and billing tasks.
• Perform basic clinical duties including vital signs and screening; support unit goals.
