Job summary

Washington University is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator II for Surgery Oncology. The role supports investigators across complex trials, coordinating forms, data collection, and protocol amendments while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The candidate will assist in study design, write procedures, and prepare materials for publications. A Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of clinical research experience are required, with BLS certification within one month of hire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within one month of hire date.
• Clinical Research experience (2 years) required.

Responsibilities

• Assists in developing plans for research projects and discusses interpretation of results; supports manuscript prep and grant proposals.
• Coordinates development of forms, questionnaires and protocols; drafts manuals for study progress and data collection.
• Implements and manages all phases of study/protocol; ensures compliance with regulatory guidelines and records; analyzes data and reports adverse events.
