Qualifications

• Completion of an Associate's Degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Must have current license from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts prior to start date.
• Ability to set up equipment, calculate treatment length and monitor adverse reactions.
• Interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate dosages of radiation using up-to-date equipment and document per physician prescription.
• Report to the Chief Radiation Medicine Technologist and provide quality patient care.
• Follow department policies and ensure proper setup of equipment.
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions during treatment.
