Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an Electrical Sustainment Engineer for its radar product line. You will own electrical sustainment, perform RF/embedded design updates, troubleshoot issues, and guide manufacturing with outputs, repair instructions, and lifecycle management.

The role requires a BS in Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent, 3+ years in complex board design and testing, and eligible for a US security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in EE/CE or equivalent.
• 3+ years in designing, testing, and sustaining complex board designs and products.
• Demonstrated experience with RF systems, Linux-based SOCs, Ethernet, SPI/I2C, and power regulation/sequencing.

Responsibilities

• Own electrical sustainment of radar products.
• Design updates of RF and embedded electronics; select hardware, update schematics/PCBs, drawings, and outputs.
• Troubleshoot system and board issues; translate non-conformances into manufacturable repair drawings and work instructions.
• Author/release ECRs/ECOs to improve drawings and releases based on production feedback.
• Support sourcing on long-lead and end-of-life components for continuous production.
• Provide day-to-day technical guidance to manufacturing and quality teams on build intent, repair acceptability, and configuration control.
• Work in fast-paced environment supporting NPI, deployments, and customer-operated hardware.
• Balance multiple sustaining projects to ensure timely, effective results.
