Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an Electrical Sustainment Engineer for its Radar team in the United States. You will own electrical sustainment across radar products, lead RF/embedded design updates, and drive repair documentation and ECOs in a fast-paced environment.

You will troubleshoot hardware, support sourcing on long-lead components, and guide manufacturing and quality teams on build intent and configuration control. Eligibility for a U.S. Secret security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer engineering or equivalent required.
• 3+ years designing, testing, sustaining complex board designs and products.
• Experience with RF systems, Linux-based SOCs, Ethernet, SPI/I2C, power regulation a must.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware to root cause and implement improvements.
• Proficient with Altium Designer or similar CAD tools.

Responsibilities

• Own electrical sustainment of radar products; serve as main contact.
• Update RF/embedded electronics, including schematic/PCB and drawings.
• Troubleshoot issues and translate into manufacturable repair docs.
• Prepare and release ECRs/ECOs based on production feedback.
• Assist sourcing with long-lead and end-of-life component management.
• Provide daily guidance to manufacturing/quality on build intent and configuration control.
• Support fast-paced NPI, deployments, and customer hardware.
• Balance multiple sustainment projects to ensure timely results.
