Job summary

Anduril Industries, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Sustainment Engineer to lead electrical sustainment for radar products. You will update RF and embedded designs, supervise parts selection, and generate release documentation while guiding manufacturing and QA teams.

You’ll troubleshoot hardware issues, ensure design integrity through ECRs/ECOs, and coordinate with sourcing for long-lead components. This role supports fast-paced deployments and evolving products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
• 3+ years designing, testing, and sustaining complex board designs and products.
• Experience with RF systems, Linux-based SOCs, Ethernet, SPI/I2C, and power regulation.

Responsibilities

• Own electrical sustainment of radar products as main contact.
• Design updates of RF and embedded electronics; select hardware; update schematics/PCB; generate outputs.
• Troubleshoot system and board issues; translate dispositions into repair drawings/work instructions.
• Create ECRs/ECOs to improve drawings and design releases.
• Support sourcing on long lead and end-of-life components to sustain production.
• Guide manufacturing and QA on build intent, repair acceptability, and configuration control.
• Support new product introductions and deployments; manage multiple sustaining projects.
