Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems seeks a Staff Systems Engineer – Radar Systems in multiple locations. You will own requirements delivery, coordinate interfaces, and manage multi-disciplinary teams to deliver on schedule and cost.

Qualified candidates will typically have a STEM degree with extensive engineering experience, DoD clearance eligibility, and strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline with extensive related experience.
• Master’s degree in a STEM discipline with related experience.
• Active DoD Secret or higher clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Perform requirements development, allocation, verification/validation planning and interface definition.
• Write complex specifications, interface control documents, and engineering reports.
• Coordinate with program leads to ensure verification and validation of artifacts.
• Manage Control Accounts as CAM, delivering all team deliverables on time and within cost.
