Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking a Staff Systems Engineer – Radar Systems to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals within our Systems Engineering organization. This role is located in either Oklahoma City, OK, Rancho Bernardo, CA, OR Melbourne, FL.
This Staff Systems Engineer - Radar Systems position is for an individual contributor who will own the responsibility for managing and leading a team of multi-disciplinary engineers to deliver requirements and deliverables on schedule and within cost. This role has the authority to make engineering project management decisions and recommendations that have an impact on new business, program performance, design, development, and mission operations. The selected candidate will collaborate across the engineering disciplines and technology areas to integrate and communicate technical capabilities and analyses with internal stakeholders and external customers across multiple simultaneous Modernization and Sustainment efforts.

Primary Level Salary Range: $144,900.00 - $265,600.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
