Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Senior Radar Systems Engineer to drive end-to-end radar development across architectures, modes, and waveform design. You will lead the radar signal processing, modeling, and prototyping efforts with hands-on leadership in a multi-program environment.

The role requires strong technical integration skills, collaboration with PI and system leads, and the ability to translate requirements into tangible hardware and software demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering or mathematics.
• Experience in Radar or RF systems (radar modes, radar signals, radar systems).
• Experience as a Systems Engineer including requirements, design, specification development, modeling, or HW/SW integration and test/verification.

Responsibilities

• Lead radar signal processing, modes, and software function across radar programs.
• Establish technical approach and software capabilities for radar prototypes.
• Collaborate with PI and system leads to deliver end‑to‑end radar concepts and demonstrations.
