Job summary

Semper Valens Solutions is seeking a Sr Fielding Coordinator at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD to oversee fielding activities for radar systems, inventories, and hand‑offs.

The role requires extensive coordination with units, OEMs, and Army organizations, plus experience in NMIBs, training, and performance testing. A Secret Clearance is required, with a strong background in fielding coordination and team leadership.

Qualifications

• A minimum of ten (10) years of Fielding Coordination experience.
• CompTIA certifications.
• Bachelor's Degree (or High School Diploma).
• Substitutions: Four (4) years of additional experience may be substituted for the BS degree.

Responsibilities

• Experience coordinating pre-fielding inventories of all system end items, including Component of End Item (COEI), Additional Authorization List (AAL), and BII.
• Ability to coordinate and conduct pre-fielding performance testing of radar systems prior to hand‑off to units.
• Experience coordinating and conducting hand‑off procedures for systems to be added to the gaining units' property book via Global Combat Support System‑Army (GCCS‑A) through the Brigade (BDE) Property Book Officer (PBO).
• Ability to develop and execute developmental and proficiency training for fielding team personnel and all PdM Radars product lines.
• Experience developing and conducting Army material briefings to senior leaders.
• Ability to effectively interface with all product line stakeholders, including OEM, HQDA, FORSCOM, TCM, PdM Radars, and Army organizations.
• Experience coordinating assets and resources to ensure adherence to fielding schedules.
• Experience developing and facilitating New Material Introductory Briefs (NMIB) to gaining units prior to material fieldings.
• Experience as the on‑site liaison and single point of contact for PdM to address and resolve concerns with all parties involved.
