Job summary

CFD Research is seeking a Radar Analyst/Engineer in Huntsville to join a team supporting prototyping, testing, and analysis for tactical radar systems such as AN/TPY-2 and SBX. You will work with real-time HWIL systems and enhance tools for complex radar analyses.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or Math, 2–10 years of experience, and proficiency in MATLAB and data analysis. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or Math from an accredited institution.
• 2–10 years of experience for mid and senior levels.
• Proficient in data manipulation, analysis, and visualization; electromagnetics or system engineering experience.
• Experience leading the development of complex analysis tools using MATLAB.
• Ability to work in teams and independently; strong communication skills.
• U.S. Citizen and possession of an Active Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scenarios for radar analysis and prototyping.
• Develop analysis tools and apply to radar system performance data.
• Support prototyping, testing, and verification for AN/TPY-2 and SBX radars.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver insights and solutions.
