Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems seeks a Staff Systems Engineer – Radar Systems to join our Systems Engineering team. This role can be located in Oklahoma City, OK, Rancho Bernardo, CA, or Melbourne, FL and involves leading a multi-disciplinary group to deliver requirements and analyses.

You will work across engineering disciplines to integrate capabilities and communicate with internal stakeholders and external customers on modernization and sustainment efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline required with extensive experience in Systems Engineering or advanced degrees.
• DoD Secret or higher clearance required or ability to obtain; SAP clearance required.
• Experience with radar systems, requirements management, and HW/SW integration testing.

Responsibilities

• Perform requirements development, allocation and verification/validation planning.
• Write complex specifications and interface control documents.
• Coordinate with program and subsystem leads to ensure alignment and delivery.
