Qualifications
- 2-10 years of experience in radar operations, radar engineering, systems analysis, or radar performance analysis.
- Strong MATLAB skills, including development of analysis tools and data evaluation.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or another STEM discipline.
- Active Secret Security Clearance.
Responsibilities
- Support integration, testing, analysis, and evaluation of missile defense radar systems and simulation software.
- Analyze radar performance and validate system functionality in operational environments.
- Integrate new software features and radar capabilities into existing deployed systems.
- Execute radar simulations and develop performance assessment scenarios.
- Review and interpret radar data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with system administrators to install and configure software solutions.
- Participate in tactical software testing activities for advanced radar platforms.
- Contribute to prototyping, verification, validation, and risk-reduction efforts.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, software developers, and analysts.

Compensation: $90-150k depending on experience

In this role, you'll work alongside software engineers, analysts, and defense experts to integrate new radar capabilities, evaluate system performance, and support testing of some of the most sophisticated radar platforms in operation today. You'll have the opportunity to directly influence the performance and effectiveness of missile defense systems through analysis, simulation, and validation efforts.
