Job summary

RTX in Marlborough, MA is seeking a Software Engineer to design, architect, and implement signal processing algorithms on CPUs, FPGAs and GPUs for next‑generation radar systems running Linux.

You will collaborate with systems, hardware and software engineers to deliver end‑to‑end solutions, optimize numerical accuracy and latency, and maintain high code quality through reviews, CI, and thorough testing.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or STEM field.
• Proficient in C++ software development.
• Experience with Linux operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform system integration on distributed signal processing systems running Linux.
• Code, test, and integrate C++ embedded/real-time signal processing algorithms or control functions.
• Defect resolution and maintenance of existing codebases.
• Analyze numerical accuracy, runtime latency, and other system metrics.
• Collaborate with systems, hardware, and software engineers to implement requirements.
• Maintain high code quality through code reviews, static analysis, and CI.
