Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Radar Requirements Analyst to join our team. You will manage requirements for ground sensor systems and capture specifications in DOORS or CAMEO in coordination with program engineers.

The role requires active security clearance and strong MBSE experience. Ideal candidates will have a STEM degree with 8+ years in DoD radar programs, knowledge of SysML, and proficiency with DOORS and DXL scripting.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance is required.
• Bachelor's in STEM or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree may be preferred at this level.
• 8+ years of related professional experience.
• Experience with Model Based System Engineering environments (MBSE).

Responsibilities

• Manage requirements for multiple ground sensor systems in DoD programs.
• Capture specifications in DOORS and/or CAMEO as required by engineers.
• Compare item development specs to government specs and coordinate resolutions.
• Maintain databases and system models per MDA best practices.
• Develop briefings, papers, and trace reports for item development.
