Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of related professional experience.
• Active DoD Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship.
• MBSE environments and SysML experience (Cameo).
• Experience with IBM Rational DOORS and/or DXL/macro scripting.
• Some travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with DoD and industry teams to manage requirements for ground sensor systems.
• Capture technical specifications in DOORS and Cameo per program needs.
• Compare development specs to government specs and coordinate resolutions.
• Maintain databases and system models per MDA practices.
• Support technical discussions to guide development of requirements.
• Develop briefings and trace reports for item development specifications.
• Coordinate with personnel to manage databases and models.
• Evolve requirements management practices as capabilities change.
• Capture processes and standards in checklists for cross-team use.
• Provide technical direction to TRRs, TIMs, and design reviews.
