Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a PCB Layout Specialist for the Radar team to design high-density PCBs and drive DFx processes for next-generation US radars.

You will collaborate with engineers, fabricators, and assemblers to ensure boards meet print, BOM, and IPC standards, supporting RF, power electronics, and HDI layouts, with potential eligibility for a US Secret security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or similar with 5+ years PCB design experience OR 10+ years PCB design experience.
• Ability to read schematics and apply best practices for each design.
• Experience with IPC standards, CID/CID+ certification, and PCB fabrication processes.

Responsibilities

• Design PCB layouts for Anduril products; ensure high-speed digital, analog, RF, and power sections meet specifications.
• Establish DFx, DFA, and quality fabrication/assembly guidelines and enforce them across projects.
• Develop and refine PCB design processes, libraries, and data standards.
