You will lead architecture, requirements, and verification for cutting-edge radar solutions, collaborating with software and test teams to ensure system-level performance aligned with mission objectives.

Required STEM degree with 8+ years of related experience; MBSE, radar signal processing, and proficiency in MATLAB, Python, and Linux.

Qualifications

• Requires STEM degree and 8+ years of experience.
• Experience with Radar Systems or related systems engineering (MBSE).
• Experience with radar signal processing or modeling.
• Proficiency in MATLAB, Python and Linux OS.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and requirements for OSI M&S capabilities.
• Update architectural framework, requirements and verification approaches.
• Analyze requirements and benchmark algorithms for system-level performance.
• Collaborate with software/integration/test engineers on radar solutions.
