Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Field Engineer to support the BNATCS RSR program for the FAA, with a heavy travel requirement to perform installation and disposition across several busy airports. You will represent the PO at RSR sites and collaborate with program office engineers to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires hands-on radar systems experience, strong adherence to safety and quality, and the ability to manage aggressive schedules while working with a small team. This is a U.S.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree with 2+ years experience, or a Master’s with <2 years, or equivalent.
• Experience with electrical equipment and systems design/development.
• Ability to work independently and on a small team under tight installation schedules.
• Knowledge of FAA construction/installation requirements for RSR sites.

Responsibilities

• Represent the PO at RSR sites and meet aggressive multi-site schedule.
• Serve as SME to program office project, implementation, and engineering leads.
• Develop site implementation plans and perform site visits.
• Provide onsite installation/construction consultation per SOW.
