Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radar Digital Signal Processing Engineer to join our team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing signal processing algorithms for radar systems and implementing them in FPGA firmware.You will work on advanced radar applications and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement digital signal processing algorithms for radar systems, including target detection, tracking, and classification.
  • Analyze and simulate radar signal processing techniques to enhance system performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize signal processing for real-time applications.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and testing of signal processing algorithms using simulation tools and real-world data.

Qualifications
  • BS/MS/PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (> 2 yrs)) in radar signal processing, including familiarity with radar waveforms and detection techniques.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as MATLAB, Python, C/C++, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of digital signal processing concepts, algorithms, and techniques.
  • Experience with simulation tools and software for radar signal processing (e.g., MATLAB, Simulink).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • US Citizen or green card holder.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with machine learning techniques applied to radar signal processing.
  • Familiarity with RFSOC FPGA technologies and firmware development.
  • Experience with MATLAB/Simulink HDL synthesis tools.
  • Experience with multi-static concepts, SAR, and STAP.
  • Knowledge of electromagnetic theory and radar system design.
  • Current S/TS clearance a plus.
