V2X Inc is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer to join the Ground-Based Radar Development team. You will design and implement cybersecurity controls across development labs, integration environments, and operational radar sites to support modernization efforts.

The role focuses on applying STIGs, vulnerability management, and secure deployment of containerized applications, with collaboration across software, network, and test teams. Travel CONUS/OCONUS may be required.

Formación

Minimum 5 years of related cybersecurity engineering experience.
Hands-on experience implementing cybersecurity controls on enterprise or DoD systems.
Experience securing Linux and Windows OS, including hardening and patching.
Familiarity with STIGs/SCAP and secure baseline configurations.

Responsabilidades

Design and architect cybersecurity controls for radar modernization efforts.
Implement and maintain cybersecurity controls across Linux/Windows servers, workstations, virtualization, containers, and networked devices.
Configure logging, telemetry, and monitoring with tools like Splunk/Elastic Stack.
Support RMF activities with evidence collection and documentation.
Integrate security checks into software and platform delivery workflows.
