Job summary

Wesley Woodlawn Hospital & ER in Wichita, KS seeks a Radiologic Technologist to join our PRN team. You will operate radiographic equipment and work under a Radiologist to provide diagnostic images for ER, hospital, and outpatient services.

Role requires patient care, adherence to safety protocols, and maintaining proficiency in imaging procedures across ages from neonate to geriatric. Eligible candidates should hold ARRT registration and an associate degree.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support required.
• Registered Radiographer (ARRT) required.
• State Registered Radiologic Technician required.
• Associate Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Operate x-ray equipment to produce radiographs of designated body areas.
• Under Radiologist supervision, perform x-ray procedures and assess patient needs.
• Serve ER, hospital, and outpatient patients with imaging services.
• Follow established protocols for patients from neonate to geriatric.
• Maintain high-quality diagnostic results and professional patient care.

Job Summary And Qualifications

• You will operate x-ray equipment to make radiographs of designated portions of the body.
• Under the supervision of a Radiologist, your role performs x-ray therapy on patients, assesses patients throughout and responds to the patient’s needs as appropriate.
• Your role will serve patients in our emergency department, patients in our hospital, and outpatient patients in need of services.
• You will perform procedures in accordance with established protocols for patients ages neonate through geriatric.
• Your role will be responsible for maintaining expert technical and patient-care skills and providing quality diagnostic results.
