Job summary

Baptist Health System, Inc. in Kentucky seeks a Rad Tech - Diagnostic Imaging on a PRN basis with variable scheduling.

Under Radiology Director direction and Radiologist Team Leader supervision, you will independently perform the majority of exams with minimal supervision in the Radiology department. Requirements include an ARRT-recognized associate degree or higher or JRCERT training, active Kentucky licensure, ARRT registration or eligibility, and BLS either on hire or within 90 days.

Job Description:

• At the administrative direction of the Radiology Director, Manager, and the clinical Direction of the Radiologist/Team Leader, independently performs the majority of exams with minimal supervision done within the section of Radiology employed.

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher from an institution accredited by an agency that the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) recognizes, or military training graduate of JRCERT-accredited program required.
• Active licensure through the Kentucky Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy required.
• Registered or Registry Eligible by the ARRT required. BLS preferred upon hire, required within 90 days of hire.
