Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Rad Tech for Elizabethtown Diagnostics / Brandenburg Diagnostics, PRN with weekday schedules and no weekend shifts. Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in radiologic technology from ARRT-recognized or JRCERT-accredited program.
• Active licensure through the Kentucky Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy.
• Registered or Registry Eligible by ARRT; must obtain ARRT certification within 1 year of hire or Ky licensure.
• BLS preferred upon hire, required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic imaging services to outpatients in a clinical setting.
• Utilize radiographic techniques and equipment to perform imaging examinations for physician diagnosis and treatment.

Job Description

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher from an institution accredited by an agency that the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) recognizes, or military training graduate of JRCERT-accredited program required.
• Active licensure through the Kentucky Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy required.
• Registered or Registry Eligible by the ARRT required (Must obtain ARRT certification within one year of hire or within one year of obtaining Ky licensure, whichever occurs first).
• BLS preferred upon hire, required within 90 days of hire.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working as a Rad Tech in a hospital or medical imaging facility preferred.
