Job summary

St. Joe Company / St. Joe Resort Operations seeks an Assistant Racquets Teaching Professional to deliver private and group lessons, run clinics and leagues, and support events with a service-first mindset.

You’ll work with the Head Racquets Professional to foster member engagement and ensure safe, fun practice environments. Requirements include USPTA or PTR certification or international equivalent, competitive playing experience, and a track record teaching in private clubs or resorts.

Qualifications

• USPTA or PTR certification (or international equivalent) is required or highly preferred.
• Experience teaching in a private club, resort, or member-focused environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide private and group tennis lessons for members of all ages and abilities.
• Assist in clinics, leagues, camps, and social events.
• Support daily on-court operations and member services.
• Promote programs and events through member outreach.
• Cultivate an inclusive, welcoming club culture on and off the court.
• Adhere to department policies, scheduling procedures, and safety standards.
